Yaron Kottler - CEO, QualiTest-IBase US |
Yaron Kottler joined QualiTest in 1999 as a Test Engineer and progressed through positions of Project Manager Business Manager and International Business Development Manager. In 2005 Yaron lead the establishment of the QualiTest Turkish branch in Istanbul and in 2006 Yaron relocated to the USA where he now acts as CEO of QualiTest-IBase US. Yaron holds a BA in Information technology and an MBA in business administration from the Executive Program at the Hebrew University. Yaron has vast experience in testing and QA methodology and lead numerous large testing Projects of ERP and CRM applications. In addition Yaron is a leading experts in Load & Performance testing and in the implementation of automatic testing tools and methodologies.

Experience in prospecting and business development, account/client relations, strategic partnerships, contract negotiations. Harvey Feuer - CFO, QualiTest-IBase US |
Harvey graduated the Bronx High School of Science and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration from the Bernard Baruch College in New York. His career has included Public Accounting at Grant Thornton, 17 years at Dun and Bradstreet a $4 billion global information services corporation where he held positions that included Manager of Worldwide Tax Accounting as well as Controller. He also was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for 11 years for PCNet, Inc a $60 million dollar IT solutions provider. He has taught courses in Accounting, Business Mathematics, Abstract Thinking, Computer Accounting, and Financial Planning.

Ayal Zylberman - Chairman of the board and co-founder of QualiTest Group |
| Ayal Zylberman is one
of Qualitest’s Group co-founders. He has been in the field of Software Testing
since 1995 in various disciplines such as Military systems, Billing systems, SAP, RT, NMS, Networking
and Telephony. He was one of the first in Israel to implement Mercury's automated tools and is
recognized as one of the top level experts in this field worldwide. During his career, He published
more than 10 professional articles worldwide and is a highly requested lecturer in Israeli and
international conferences. Ayal holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and earned an MA in Economics, both at Tel-Aviv University.

Tali Shem-Tov is VP Human Resources, with overall
responsibility for the personnel management and capability development of the more than 420 QualiTest
people globally.
She joined QualiTest in 2000. |

Ronen Sade is QualiTest's Chief Financial Officer, responsible
for leading QualiTest's Finance organization which includes the Corporate Controllership, Treasury,
Tax, Investor Relations, Corporate Transaction Services, Client & Corporate Finance, Finance Operations
and Strategic Planning & Analysis functions. He is also a member of QualiTest's Executive Leadership
Team.
He is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in the accounting field.
He joined QualiTest in 2001.
